Today

My writing has reached a new level. My book has changed, somehow, into something more than it was before. My blogs have become communities, and I find myself, sometimes, performing damage control more so than writing. I am not in the mood to babysit, but to retain many of my readers, I may have to.

And today I am mailing off a résumé to a local newspaper for an opening for a reporter.

I'm a little nervous, but the chances I take more often than not pay off. Besides, what's the worse they can say? No? I'd rather try and fail, then not try at all. Eventually, one will stick, and I will be better off for it.
