What happens when you hit a brick wall?

I have always bragged that I don't suffer from writer's block, but today, it all finally caught up to me.

Perhaps stress over my son's cancer is doing it. Maybe it's work.

Whatever it is, I can't write in my book right now, so I placed it in a drawer, and will pull it back out in a couple weekends. Then it will be fresh, and the writing will flow again.
